I am a fully qualified and insured Yoga Teacher, specialising in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and mindful, embodied practices that support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Alongside this, I am a certified Reformer Pilates instructor, offering classical, movement-focused sessions designed to expand strength, mobility, and possibility within the body.

I am also trained as a Somatic Healing Movement Level 1 teacher, integrating gentle, nervous system-aware practices that invite deeper awareness, release, and connection.
