Yourself and an open mind! There are yoga mats and props available at the studio, however please do bring your own equipment if you have it (you will be familiar to the feel of your own mat!) Please do bring a blanket and small pillow if possible for the Somatic Movement practice. You will also need to bring swimwear, a towel, and I suggest a pair of flip flops/sliders to walk down to the lake. We have plenty of space! So there is no need to limit ourselves of layers, change of clothes, and anything else that will make the day more comfortable.
